A series of graphics representing 3 years were created in support of sharing findings to illustrate who, what, and where themes and patterns form in relation to person, genetics, environment, and time. These graphics are designed to work against isolation and towards shared experience while representing specific groups of people who live in particular geographic locations.

Each red pearl represents a person. Clustering pattern is designed based on a circular calendar year to emphasize the highest months of occurrences. Patients who visited a clinic for a particular reason, family, and doctors are considered as audience to illustrate a shared experience and invite conversation.
