Circle Portrait Sessions

Circle Portraits are designed around you as an individual and in relation to others who are part of your life. We will focus on you and may include a person or creature who you are honoring.

We will talk about the visual content and formal aspects of your drawing and themes in our intro conversation session. You may have an idea about themes you are focused on, but you do not need to know that now.

We will find and add to your themes in our conversations.

Writing, audio notes, by phone, and face-to-face

Sessions 2-3
Your portrait will be designed starting with a circular path at the center and move outwards. Around the perimeter or border of your portrait will be singular words or themes and we will add phrases that are centered around who and what you are focused on and moving towards.

Between our conversation sessions I will add content to your portrait.

Portrait Completion Session
For the completion phase, we will have an idea of the major themes and the figures will be close to complete.
You will choose what level of review we go over.

I will share a reflection summary of our conversations and the drawing sessions and ask what reflections you have in relation and in addition.
